Experienced Advocates. Personal Attention.

When an injury turns your life upside down, the people handling your case matter. At Lead Science Legal Services, you work directly with attorneys who know your file, return your calls, and explain each decision in plain language.

Our attorneys represent injured people and their families. We keep our caseload deliberately small so that every client receives the time, preparation, and attention their case deserves.

Every matter is prepared as though it will be tried, because that preparation is what leads insurance companies to take a claim seriously. From the first consultation to the final resolution, you will know where your case stands and what comes next.

Our Attorneys FAQs

Answers to common questions about working with our legal team.

Will I work directly with an attorney?

Yes. Your case is handled by an attorney who knows your file. Our support staff help with scheduling, records, and paperwork, but questions about strategy and decisions go to your attorney.

How do I choose the right attorney for my case?

You do not need to choose on your own. When you contact us, we review the details of your situation and match your case with the attorney whose experience best fits it.

What does it cost to meet with an attorney?

The first consultation is free and confidential. For personal injury cases, we work on a contingency fee basis, so you pay no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Bring anything related to your case that you already have, such as a police or accident report, photographs, medical records and bills, insurance information, and letters from insurance companies. If you do not have these yet, we can help gather them.

Do your attorneys take cases to trial?

Yes. Many cases resolve through negotiation, but we prepare every case as though it will be tried. In Maryland, civil jury trials take place in Circuit Court, and we are ready to present your case there when a fair settlement is not offered.

How soon should I contact an attorney after an injury?

As soon as possible. Evidence can be lost and memories fade, and Maryland generally allows three years to file a personal injury lawsuit. Missing that deadline can bar your claim, so speaking with an attorney early protects your options.
